LEADER JAVA DEVELOPER

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and lead a scrum team 

2. Specifically in each sprint:

  • Planning: 

- Discuss and finalize with PO about requirements 

- Provide technical solutions to implement (with Software Architect) 

- Break the work and assign it to the members of the scrum team 

  • Execution: 

- Together with PMO: monitor the implementation of sprint tasks to ensure on schedule. 

- Support team members when there are technical problems. 

- Together with release manager: release on time, ensure the quality. 

- Deep understanding of the company's products to contribute to the overall product and solution architecture. 

- Coordinate with InfraOps, Security, Data to fulfill the requirements of the board of directors 

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging 

- Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks 

- Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic 

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with servers and other infrastructure 

- Build reusable code and libraries for future use 

REQUIRED SKILLS  

  • Bachelors or master’s in computer science  
  • 5+ years experience as a Java Developer 
  • Experience in writing high performance and secure restful API 
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) 
  • Experience with Java Frameworks such as Spring Boot 
  • Relational database knowledge Oracle, MySql/MariaDB 
  • Knowledge of Messaging, Caching, CICD , Web Services including WSDL, SOAP, Restful Web Services 
  • Experience with Cloud Platform such as AWS, GCP 
  • Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude 
  • Growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on outside-the-box ideas and solutions 
  • Experience in managing Scrum teams is a plus.
