Torus Engineering is a technology company with an international customer base and employees scattered throughout the country and abroad. We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst, who is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to propose solutions that optimize processes and drive product development.
Work location: 197 Dai La, Dong Tam, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
Working hours: 09:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and evaluate customer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices;
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements to improve products and features;
- Participate in shaping product vision and development strategy;
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met;
- Manage and mentor junior BAs;
- Develop long-term plans to create business solutions aligned with market trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Strong understanding of the software development process and Agile methodology;
- Long-term strategic mindset for product development;
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent;
- Experience with healthcare products, CRM, Loyalty programs, or AI-integrated products is a plus;
- Proven experience in managing business analysis teams and maintaining relationships with stakeholders;
- Good English communication skills.
