HR/HRBP

Torus Engineering is a technology company with an international customer base and employees scattered throughout the country and abroad. We are looking for Human Resources Business Partners to solve internal and external issues and improve the overall performance of the entire system.

Work location: 197 Dai La, Dong Tam, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

Working hours: 09:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide human resources solutions

  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

4. Policy and discipline

  • Stay current with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are compliant.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in Human Resources and/or recruitment (HRBP experience is preferred).
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and practices.
  • Good communication skills and sensitivity to emotions.
  • Experience in HR software and systems.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations.
  • Good English reading and writing (IELTS Writing of 6.5 or equivalent is preferred).
  • Good organization and problem-solving ability.

  • Salary: 8,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND/month.
