A Senior/Mid-level Fullstack Engineer twill join our team and lead the development of high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions across both frontend and backend while mentoring team members and leveraging modern technologies.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Design, build, and optimize backend services and APIs for efficiency and reliability.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data management and performance tuning.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them where beneficial.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer. (5+ years for senior)
• Expertise in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Hands-on experience with backend development using .NET and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience in mentoring team members and conducting technical training sessions.
• English: Listening & Speaking
Nice to Have
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (must have for senior)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture. (must have for senior)
• Knowledge of AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.
