Torus Vietnam is a technology company with an international customer base and employees scattered throughout the country and abroad. We are hiring a Middle Business Analyst, who is responsible for studying and transferring customers' requirements to development team.
Work location: 197 Dai La, Dong Tam, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
Working hours: 09:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements for loyalty program enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Job requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- Product mindset is required, experience in product companies will be preferred.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile.
- Proven experience in loyalty program management or customer relationship management (CRM) will be preferred.
